What the game stores
Smart 24 stores your level progress, stars, race records, sound and animation preferences, language choice, and a limited cache of your purchase entitlement on your device. We do not operate player accounts or upload these gameplay records to our own server. You can remove local game data by uninstalling the app or clearing its app data in Android settings.
Advertising and privacy choices
The Android app includes Google AdMob advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for privacy choices. When advertising functions are used, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share IP address (which may indicate approximate location), interactions with the app and ads, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID or app set ID. Google uses this information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Advertising and consent options depend on your region and choices. The app does not request precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone access.

Purchases
The optional one-time purchase is processed by Google Play. Google Play handles payment details; we do not receive your card number. The app receives purchase status and a purchase token to activate and restore the entitlement, and may keep a limited token cache on your device for offline access. Support and retention
If you email support, we use your email address and message to respond and handle follow-up questions. We retain support correspondence only as needed for those purposes. Local gameplay data remains on your device until you remove it. Google controls retention of data processed through its services under its own policies.
Children and questions
The game has no account registration and does not ask players to provide a name, birth date, or contact details. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us personal information, email us so we can address the request. You can also contact us for privacy questions or data requests at smarthippo_24@gmail.com.
Updates
We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The effective date above will show when the current version took effect.

客服与保留期限
如你发送客服邮件，我们使用你的邮箱地址和邮件内容回复并处理后续问题，仅在处理所需期间保留相关往来。本机游戏数据由你控制，直到你删除。Google 服务处理的数据依其政策保留。
儿童及咨询
游戏没有账号注册，也不会要求玩家提供姓名、生日或联系方式。如果监护人认为儿童向我们发送了个人信息，请来信联系我们处理。隐私问题及数据请求请发送至 smarthippo_24@gmail.com。
